Need to renew my domain mapping asap

  I would like to renew my domain mapping. It expired and I never received any notification. It would be nice to be emailed maybe 30 days or so before reminding me to renew it. I do not want to be a premium member, just want mapping. My website is now sitting useless. This is not fair to your customers and you are probably losing a lot of business by upsetting people with your forced premium gimmick. Please update immediately. Thanks.

  I am surprised you did not get a notification one month in advance as all upgrades are setup to be automatically renewed by default https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-purchases/#auto-renew

  This site https://phillynailsalon.wordpress.com/ has not been updated since 2016/02/05/.

  When a domain expires, it then goes through a process that can take several months to complete described at https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/.

  I’ve tagged this thread in the sidebar with modlook for Staff attention.

  If you’re logged into the account that is associated with your expired domain, they will look up its status and get in touch with details.

  If you are not logged in under the correct username account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies prior to logging into the associated account, and provide the domain URL here.

  Hi there,

  Your domain mapping expired in November last year, four months ago. We sent you an email on 20 October after automatic renewal failed, and again in November before it expired, to notify you that it should be renewed.

  At this late stage it’s not possible any more to add that upgrade back to your account. To add a new domain mapping upgrade you will need to upgrade to a plan as it’s not possible any more to purchase mapping on its own, but you can also use the Personal Plan instead of Premium. First add the plan at My Site ->Plans, and then you can add the mapping from My Site ->Domains.
