Need to renew my domain within 2 days! Getting error message – help!

    Getting the following message as I attempt to renew my domain: “This blog is not subscribed to some of these products. Did you mean to purchase them?”

    I guess this on the renew page where there are the following items: $13 for domain mapping, $5 for registration. I enter my payment info and get this message. A co-owner of the blog used his info when we created it a couple of years ago – I don’t know if that is affecting anything.

    Any thoughts?

    Sounds like the upgrades are owned by another account – only the account that owns an upgrade can renew from the Dashboard >> Store

    You would need to login with the account that owns the upgrade in question or have the upgrade owner transfer the upgrade to you for renewal – – it is a weakness in the system here for blogs that are owned by more than one owner

    Hi there,

    Sorry for the trouble renewing that domain! I reported that error message to our team so we can investigate why you’re getting that. The domain is owned by a different admin on the site (the person who set up that domain originally) and that person can renew it from their My Upgrades page.

    I also sent you an email with that info and instructions if you’d like to pay for the domain renewal now, instead. You’re welcome to reply to that email if you have any questions. :)
