need to renew my website/blog

My website/blog has been taken down without notification. I assume I need to renew my subscription. Can someone please tell me how to do so ASAP so I can get my website back up? Thank you.

I’m sorry but this is not a matter for posting to a public forum. We Volunteers answering support questions have no role to play in this process. This is between you and Staff. If you have a warning notice on with a link in it — please click that link. That linkworks at all times (even when the regular contact form is closed).
If you contacted Staff by using the “click here to contact us” link in the notice, the ToS department definitely received your request. Please be patient as they’ll be getting back to you as soon as they can.

I did not receive a warning notice. I know this is not the proper place to discuss this, but it seems that staff support is not available to help until 10/29 which is too long for me to wait. Can you please tell me how to connect with the ToS department? Thank you.

Did you have domain mapping and did you renew it? Is your domain registration (not with WordPress.COM) also current and renewed? The name servers do not show as pointing to WordPress.COM.

Clicking on your name dumps you off site not to a suspension notice – so I think your have a renewal issue and not a TOS issue.
