Need to renew the domain

    My G suite email address is not receiving any emails.
    (email visible only to moderators and staff).

    I used to have the website under masamichimiyake.com.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    I’ve looked into your account, and it seems that the domain, masamichimiyake.com, is registered under a different account than the one from which you contacted us. To manage the domain, you’ll need to log in to that other account of yours.
