In addition to the regular domain renewal fee, the registrar charges an $80 fee to get that back for you. However, this account is not the one that owns the domain, and so it cannot recover it. I can see it isn’t, because this account was just created an hour ago. Can you log out and login as the owner of the domain and reply here? Then we can have staff take a look into recovering the domain.

As @darciemg indicated above, that domain is already in redemption, and we can only recover it on request from the account that used to own it. Please log in as the correct account and reply here to confirm if you agree to the redemption fee, and we can get the recovery process started for you.
@darciemg, please still tag threads like these for staff, even if you’re able to provide them with the necessary information. Redemptions are time sensitive, and we give priority to threads where we already have a prior staff reply, so that way we’ll see it faster if the domain owner replies than if they had to wait for you to modlook it first.
