Need to report someone for a death threat

I have been having trouble with a very vicious blogger on this site by the name of “jonolan” who keeps sending me death threats,because my political beliefs differ from his. How do I block/report this particularly nasty individual?

There is an option for abusive content, harassment, and defamation.
I wasn’t able to find an option to block a user from commenting. Only an option to disable comments on a post.
