  Need to reset a password for my wordpress site i have contacted my hosting company and they can not help me they have asked me to contact you i have tried very way to do this and can not.

  If you want to reset the password of your current WordPress.COM account(with the username djsynergymusic) and if you are the admin then, you can reset your password by going here: https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

  And if you are asking about resetting the password of your WordPress.ORG account which is hosted somewhere else, and not on WordPress.COM. Then I am afraid we cannot help you with that. Because this forum only supports the sites hosted on WordPress.COM and not WordPress.ORG.
