    Hi there!

I wasn’t sure I understood the request. Could you clarify exactly what you need help with? Do you want to reset the site at changinggracefully.wordpress.com as in clear out everything so that you have a fresh new start to work with? Or did you mean something else?

What exactly did you want to get back?

Please clarify further so that we can understand the request and help you accordingly.

    Regards

Hi there, I need to reset the changinggracefully (BLOG website) back to what it originally WAS (including the content ) as a video tutorial was on there – long story but
she has TWO sites (the main site cjlcoaching.com (which I also need help with as its not showing “live” online) – I’ve finally gotten into that main site and converted from a c panel site to wordpress)- but the video (which WAS on the main site as well ) – cannot be found) – I’ve tried mozilla but there are port issues and it wont work to retrieve them). Either way the changinggracefully BLOG site should be reset to original content (I’ve also tried backup but that doesn’t work) – I’m not concerned so much with the video anymore , but I would like all her blogs and past blog posts to still show on her BLOG site (basically what she had ALREADY) back on the changinggracefullysite. I’m going to match site content later down the road probably.

Can you please respond to (email visible only to moderators and staff) (social media assistant) and she can deal with this directly as I simply forward these to her)

  • @changinggracefully is she able to log into the WordPress account and reply here? We’d be happy to help.

I’ve finally gotten into that main site and converted from a c panel site to wordpress

It sounds like it was not successfully converted, and some of the content is missing. We don’t have access to the old cPanel site or its backups. But if you have access to the video files, you should be able to re-add it to the site using any of these options:
    https://wordpress.com/support/videos/

Also, I did notice that much of the existing text of the site is images. That can make your site harder to use — for example, instead of being able to just click on a phone number to call, a person visiting the site from a phone has to write down (or memorize) the phone number, then enter it into their dial pad. You might want to consider replacing that over time, and uploading fresh copies of the accompanying photos. If you need to hire someone to manage that for you, these folks can help you find someone: https://wordpress.com/built-by-wordpress-com/
