Need to resolve a dispute

    Hello,

    I have reached out multiple times with no response from support. I tried to get a hold of someone to cancel my account & my credit card was charged the annual fee. I never use the site & was looking for a refund for that reason. How can I go about getting a refund?

  • I wasn’t able to see any charges associated with this account. Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received purchase notifications and what not? That’s the one you’ll need to use to access the site.

    If you don’t know what address that is, try commenting on one of your posts. In most cases, you’ll get an email notification at the correct address.

    Or, the form at wpchrg.com will let you look up the charge and contact billing support.

    The email provided is connected to the account you are contacting us from now, which isn’t the account that has the upgrade connected to it.

    As @supernovia mentioned, I would fill out the form at wpchrg.com – it will allow you look up the charge and contact billing support.
