Need to restore category tabs on front page

  I managed to unintentionally delete the category tabs on page one. Or are they menu tabs? All very confusing. How do I restore the tabs?

  Did you have a custom menu with links to categories such as this:
  http://zingedxz.com/category/zinged/

  Did you delete your custom menu?
