Need to retrieve my password by I don’t get the link

It has been the mos frustrating thing to deal with WordPress and i really regret signing in, and wondering if I will get compensation for all the time I have wasted since I have paid for a service and a product, but you failed to provide it propertly. So awful experience.
I need to log in but my email address, with WordPress, doesn’t receive any links, nor receive any email from anyone. I am in a loop and I had to create this account to be able to access the forum because, stupidly, it asks to log in, which I can’t, to be able to get help.

I have and sent the Account Recovery, they said they will reply within 24 hours and i have not received anything. Probably, they are sending info to my email address, but that is the actual problem, I got a notification saying my email address is not receiving emails.

Does anyone know how I can speak to a human? They say if it is a paid account, I can do this. But I can’t log into my account at all, nor get a link because my email is not receiving any emails, and my email address is set up with WordPress. So what can I do please?
