Need to Return to previous theme, I have lost my pages

I updated to a new theme as it looked interesting. Coming to find out all of my pages are not available anymore. I Need to Return to previous theme, I have lost all of my previous pages and post. Even the dashboard is empty. Please help, thank you in advance.

Switching your theme should not cause you to lose your actual content. Just to verify, navigate to your pages tab and select the “View” option at the top right of the screen. From there, select the “Classic” option. If you see your pages listed, then it sounds like your new theme may be designed to work with the classic view as opposed to the WordPress.com default view.
If that doesn’t work, you can try switching your theme back to your old theme. If you don’t recall the theme you had before, you can use your site’s activity log to see which theme you switched to and from. I’ve attached a link below that explains the full process of switching themes.
Also, if your site’s plan is one of the plugin-enabled plans (Creator, Entrepreneur), then Jetpack actually takes a backup of your site at least once a day. You can easily restore your site back to the last previous date everything was working properly if the above option doesn’t work. Here is the link on how to use Jetpack Backups. Hope this helps!
