  I do not need the website template anymore and need to return it for a refund please.

  From the Premium Themes support page:

  If a Premium theme doesn’t work out we offer a full refund up to 30 days from your purchase. To cancel your purchase and obtain a refund, please use the Cancel button on Purchases page. You can always switch to any other Premium theme or one of our other fantastic free themes. And don’t worry, we’re adding more and more free themes all the time.

  The account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any sites with us, and has never bought any premium themes from us.

  What site do you need help with, and what is the theme you bought?
