Need to revert to my previous site

    In what way did you mess up your site? Your blog is private so I can’t view it.

    If its CSS, you can see old CSS settings in the CSS Revisions link (under customizing CSS). That has helped me in the past.

    This is another issue. That site (vctpohl.wordpress.com), isn’t the site I messed up. It’s my public site grantbyington.com. I chose to update a theme and most of the assets I had on the previous themes were not deleted, but rather, not published. And I don’t know how to pull them back onto the pages I want them to be on.

    I’m totally willing to pay someone to talk me through this, but … finding that person has proven vexing.

    Hi there, it looks like you are using WordPress but you are not hosted here at WordPress.com. These forums are for those hosted here at WordPress.com.

    For self-hosted WordPress sites such as yours, I would suggest asking for help from the theme author directly or ask in the volunteer-based WordPress.org forums.

    Have you tried reactivating the theme you had been using?

    WordPress.com and WordPress.org are separate, so if you do not already have an account at WordPress.org, you will need to register.
