  Need to speak or chat with someone from WordPress for support but I don’t know where to start……….PLEASE help!!! I’m trying to take my domain name and place it into my new Wix.com site… How can i do this?

  I would love to help you transfer your domain over to Wix, but I currently do not see a domain under your account. Do you have a domain registered with WordPress.com?

  How do I contact wordpress? My website is down and there is no option for me to start a live chat with a customer service rep. Please help, this is urgent!

  I am staff with WordPress support and would be happy to help! Live Chat is currently only available to paid users. If you registered a domain with us, you’ll be able to use Live Chat under the account in which you paid for the upgrade.
