  We are using a very old version of WordPress, and need to update but I am afraid to do so because there are more than 35 updates available and I don’t want to overload anything. Also, I need to know how to remove comments from our site. I am incredibly frustrated with your customer support system. As a paying customer, I would expect more.

  That site is not on our WordPress.COM servers. You are posting to the wrong support forum.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
