I have noticed on my bank statement I have been charged 2 times for the renewal fee for my blog. Can I speak with someone to correct that, please?

We currently only offer support by email and forums, and I’m sure we can help you this way!
After looking into your account, I found that there was only one charge for WordPress.com Premium on October 31st, 2014. There may have been two charges – one for the authorization and one for the actual transaction. The authorization should have disappeared.
If that is not the case, please let know.
