Need to start from scratch but can't

Hi, I hosted my site (www.enrichandinspire.com) through 123 reg. I tried to set up a WordPress blog but was finding that the changes I was making weren’t appearing in the actual website. I tried to delete and start again but now seem to have got myself completely lost and can’t even log into WordPress to delete it. I had set up several themes all of which broke. I know hate the world and don’t want to talk to anyone let alone blog.

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
