Need to stop next WP payment

    Hello – I don’t want to continue with WP and need to stop the payment being taken from my credit card before 4 August. I have also lost my password and can’t get into WP admin.

    How can I stop the payment?

    Hi there,

    It seems the site is on a different WordPress.com account. I’ve turned off the auto-renewal of the Business plan for now. The domain blurb-ology.com still has the auto-renewal turned on.

    To log in to the other account, please use the email address you used on the other account to reset your password and log in.

    You can go to https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword and enter the email address there. A password reset link will be emailed to you that you can click to change the password of your account.

    Then, you can use the new password to log in to your account.

    I’ve also sent a direct email to the email address you used on the other account. Feel free to reply to the email directly if you have more questions.
