  Site is down. New owner of the site domain. Have no access to word-press account. Previous user name is for old website account. Looking for live support to retrieve account.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Which is site URL you are looking to access ? Can you share the link here. The link we have is vinyltecnica.wordpress.com , which seems to be working fine.

  The site URl was Vinyltecnica.com without the wordpress.com. But it is now showing, that I need to map the domain. Logging into the Vinyltecnica dashboard only brings me back to the old site and not the new dashboard. Haven’t had success in retrieving the account.

  This problem seems to have started after trying to connect my domain from godaddy to wordpress, causing no access to the vinyltecnica.com website.

  Apologies for the delayed reply, so the website vinyltecnica.com, seems to be a Self Hosted WordPress site, As I looked into the Whois of it, it gave me the following information

  Domain:vinyltecnica.com
  Registrar:GODADDY.COM, LLC
  Registration Date:2015-05-06
  Expiration Date:2020-04-27
  Updated Date:2017-04-28
  Status:clientDeleteProhibited
  clientRenewProhibited
  clientTransferProhibited
  clientUpdateProhibited
  Name Servers:ns03.domaincontrol.com
  ns04.domaincontrol.com

  You need to contact the Hosting Company to gain control of the Site, and also you can post your details of the access problem along with the URL on WordPress org Support
  If you don’t have an account there, you might have to register one there.

  Also, I missed out, as you have tried to connect the Domain, the problem has started as well. You can revoke that and try to access it on your Hosting Server.
  Or if you are trying to Map your domain Vinyltecnica.com to the WordPress site you have vinyltecnica.wordpress.com.

  Thank you. That’s awesome news. I will look into WordPress.org over the next few days and try to iron some things out before trying to map the site. I will be back with what ever update I have. I appreciate the great help.
