    We have a blog or website that uses both your Jetpack and Akismet. We pay for these services, but WordPress has billed a closed credit card from the previous administrator.

    I need to change the credit card information and have the system show that I am a paying user so I don’t get blocked by the help chat….

    I would prefer to handle the rest of this via email, which should be in my profile?
