Need to transfer account to this account

I had set up a website with a company who builds them. They are now not responding to me and nor did they provide me with the log in.
I was hoping you can assist with it

To avoid confusion, there are three different “WordPress” at play here:
1. The free, open-source WordPress software which powers your website.
2. WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider.
3. WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software and with whom you’re contacting now.It doesn’t sound like your site is hosted with us, but can you give us the URL of your site so we can confirm and better advise?

Thanks for the additional info. Sadly after taking a closer look this appears to be a site hosted on an independent provider (Google Domains Hosting) and is not a site on WordPress.com.
To clarify, we use a custom account management system on WordPress.com (for enhanced security) and our systems will not help with access to sites created on independent hosting providers.
Do you have direct access to the hosting account (and the site source files via FTP) or is this something that was also being managed by the company that you hired? If you have access to the site source files it is possible to reset your password.
