Hey there,
Have you installed and activated Jetpack?http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/

I tagged this thread for a Staff follow-up. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

Staff is backlogged and works through the threads in chronological order. The best thing to do is be patient, and not reply again to this thread. Every time a new comment is posted, it puts the current date/timestamp on the thread, therefore pushing it further back in the log. Please know they will get to you as soon as possible. =)

We are very sorry you got caught in our backlog. I have migrated your followers from your WordPress.com site to your self-hosted Jetpack site.
You had 36 subscribers to your blog.
Just a head’s up: It can take a couple hours for this to show up in your stats.
Facebook and Twitter followers are not transferred during this migration.
Thanks again for your patience. Best of luck with the self-hosted site!

@thatrobyn Thanks for your reply! You migrated my followers yesterday, but i still can’t see them in my stats and it has been more than 24 hours. Pls can you check this for me.
Thanks -
Hi there, the good news is that I’ve checked into the migration and it was successful. So, now let’s take a closer look at what your stats are showing (or not showing, as the case may be).
Please send me a screenshot of what you see when you go to Jetpack Stats in your dashboard and scroll down and take a screenshot of the Subscriptions widget. It should look like this: https://cloudup.com/c0fwov583Pd
Here are some handy instructions on how to take a screenshot:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/You can simply upload the screenshot to your Media Library, like any other image, and I’ll be able to access it from there. Drop me a line when there’s something I can look at.
Looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks very much.

@thatrobyn, Thanks for your reply!
I’ve just uploaded the screen shot to my media library. Pls have a look, the current subscribers number is 10 and these are all the new ones, so the migration ones are not included in this number.Let me know. Thanks!!

Hey there, I re-ran the migration and you look to be all set now. I’m seeing:
WordPress.com Followers (38) | Email-only Followers (9) | Pending (7)
Is that accurate?
Looking forward to hearing from you. Cheers!

@thatrobyn- Yes, that accurate, the followers have been successfully transferred. Thanks for all your support!
