Need to transfer email followers to hosted site

  Hi, I have a blog at chrissopa.wordpress.com that has email followers that I would like transfered to http://www.chrissopa.com/blog-2/

  I recently had someone create this new site for me. I have JetPack installed.
  What do I need to do?
  Also, is there a way to transfer the blog readers?

  There is no way to transfer those followers who use the WordPress.com Reader. Only email subscribers can be transferred and I flagged this thread for Staff attention.
