Need to transfer from WordPress.com to WordPress.org

I have a WordPress.com site which I found out is only for blogging. I need the WordPress.org site for a class I’m taking. How do I transfer my .com over to .org? Or am I able to?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello @rvj001,
If you wish to make that transfer yourself then, you can follow this guide: https://move.wordpress.com/, to migrate all your contents from WordPress.COM to WordPress.ORG.If you want this to be done by WordPress, then you can buy the Guided Transfer option which comes at a one time free of $129 per blog transferred.
More information about guided transfer here:

Hi @otpidusprime,
Thank you, I really appreciate your reply. But, what’s the difference if I do the transfer versus having WordPress do it? Of course I see the price tag but can you tell me the reason why?
Thank you again -

@rvj001, as @timethief suggested… please read the support document.
And specially notice this on the document:
What does the Guided Transfer include?
• Installing the WordPress software at your choice of one of our recommended hosts.
• Transferring over the content from your WordPress.com site.
• Installing and configuring Jetpack and a few other plugins to provide features that you have been using on WordPress.com.
• Configuring and testing permissions so that you’ll be able to have one-click installs and upgrades.
• Switching your domain(s) name server settings to point over to the new site.
• Answering questions and providing guidance for you on your new WordPress installation for a two week period.
