Hello again,
Please help!
We transferred the ownership of denalioncologygroup.com to our client, yet they are unable to make a payment and the account shows expires tomorrow! They are quite frustrated.
They are logging in and see that the account is expiring but there is no clear path to make a payment. I tried to assist, but since the subscription is no longer active on our account, I’m unable to.
Greatly appreciate your assistance–please cc: the account owner with instructions on how to renew.

Are they logging into the denalioncologygrouptammy user account? If so, they should be able to see the upgrade in their “my upgrades” area.
Perhaps ask them to log out and back in again to see if that makes a difference.
As far as I can tell, ownership of the site and upgrades were successfully transferred.

So the user account is now:
denalioncologygrouptammy
Is that correct?
Or are you saying they must log in as Tammy?
Thanks so much,
Kayce -

WordPress.com staff cannot modify domain expiration dates. However, there is a grace period during expiration.
