Need to transfer posts between blogs without emailing subscribers

    Hi all,
I have two WordPress websites with blogs. Now that my book is coming out, I want to move all the posts in blog A about writing projects to blog B, my author’s site, which already has posts about my book.

I can create posts one at a time in B and back date them, copying and pasting my content from A to B. Slow, I know, but reliable.

Blog B is connected to MailChimp for subscriber notifications.

However, I don’t want each transferred post to generate email to my subscribers, since they go back in time. I just want to backfill the new site with the old info.

I looked at a couple of forum topics here, but they didn’t really answer my question. Any suggestions about how I can specify that each backfilled post should not be broadcast as I publish it?

(Incidentally, my blog B title here in WordPress.com shows as http://misho-of-the-mountain.com, but I changed the URL to http://dldiehl.com a few weeks ago.)

    Blog A = dianadiehlpresents.com = personal project site
    Blog B = dldiehl.com = professional author site

    Thanks for any suggestions!
