Need to transfer WordPress blog subscribers to new self-hosted site

  Hello! I’ve been working with a designer on my blog, and have made the switch to a self-hosted site. She suggested reaching out to you to ask if I could please have my current subscribers transferred from my WordPress blog, http://www.thefinalforty.wordpress.com, to my self-hosted site, http://www.thefinalforty.com. Any assistance you could give me would be greatly appreciated!

  Provided you install and activate the JetPack plugin, Staff can transfer your stats and subscribers for you. Please do that now as I tagged this thread for their assistance. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond.
