Need to undo a cancelled domain

    Hi Guys.

    I cancelled a domain that I wanted with you.
    Is there a way that I can pay and get it back?

    Sure thing. I’m sending an invoice now, but so you know, these are all of your options when you cancel a brand new domain. If you prefer a different method, let us know and we’ll cancel the invoice.

    Repurchase the Domain: We can send an invoice for the domain. Once it’s restored, you will be able to use it with a monthly plan here, or you can point it to another host and transfer after 60 days.

    Wait: You can wait about five days for the domain to be released. So long as no one else buys it before you do, you can purchase it again here or with another provider.

    Purchase an Annual Plan: To host your site here after all, buy an annual plan, skip the domain option, then update us here.
