Need to unlink a blog from my blog

  Need to unlink another blog from my blog, I have 2 blog linked to my blog I need them removed they are no longer active for me. these are the 2 http://www.maxresistance.com and http://rtr.org. Please help, not sure how they got there.

  I can no longer access them to un-link from the jet pack.
