Need to unlock the domain, please advise how and where to do this.

    I need to transfer my domain name frombenjiesthumb.com to Host4Africa and before they proceed with the transfer, they’ve notice that the domain name is currently locked with the current registrar. This will prevent the transfer from taking place.

    I need to find out where and how to unlock the domain with the registrar (wordpress.com) so they can proceed with the transfer
