Need to update credit card

  I need to update the credit card you have on file so you can continue domain mapping.
  The link you gave me does not take me to my credit card info.
  Nor can I find my credit card info in my profile.
  Please let me know how I can give you money.

  Are you logged in under the exact same username account that registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it? https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php

  If you are not logged in under the correct username account clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and then login under the correct username account.

  Hi there,

  I think the reason you cannot reach your credit card information on file is because the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from.

  To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into assisting you with your credit card upgrade.

  Once you’re under the right account, in order to change your credit card information, you can go to Store > My Upgrades in your dashboard, and there will be an “Update Credit Card link” that you can click to update your information.
