Need to update email address

    I need to change the email address on my account, but I had a separate account using that email address. I deleted that account but still cannot update the email address associated with this account.

    Hi there,

    The email address on the other account will only become available once it’s completely deleted after 30 days.

    To speed up this process, reply to the account closure confirmation email we sent you for the other account, and request that the email is completely deleted immediately.
