If you have a credit card listed, then you must have an upgrade on one of your sites under this username. If so, you should be able to go here to change it https://wordpress.com/purchases Click on the upgrade that you need to update the CC info on and then click the payment method to edit it.
You do need to be logged in with the username account that purchased the upgrade in order to see it on the Purchases page. If you run into a problem there, click here https://wordpress.com/help/contact

@gebengtson877 I’ve confirmed you’re logged into the correct account.
Go to https://wordpress.com/purchases . Click on your upgrade. Click Edit Payment Method, and you can add a new card there.
