need to update payment info for plugin – can’t log in to WooCommerce or WordPress.com

Hi I received an email from WooCommerce saying I need to update my payment information for the plug-in Product Add-Ons.
I cannot log into the correct WooCmmerce account the site was built by a third party and the login info that I have looks to be not connected properly and does not show this is the purchase history.
