  Hi there,

  What’s your website URL?

  If you need to add or change payment details in your WordPress.com account, head to your Profile Settings -> Manage Purchases -> Billing History -> Scroll down to Manage Credit Cards tab.

  Hi there,

  For what site do you need to update your payment info? You don’t own any sites on WordPress.com, and you’ve never bought anything from us, so we have no credit card details on file for you that can be updated.

  If you’ve bought something from us using a different account, please log into the correct account to update your payment information.
