    Hi There,
    I wanted to be more active in writing the useful articles going forward. can I change domain with personal upgrade plan? Do we get money if number of views increases.

    How do I get profit/earn money from this site like youtube…any suggestion please?

    Do you mean getting a domain name without ‘wordpress.com’ suffix ?
    If so, yes, with a paid plan, you get a free domain name of your choice.
