  WordPress.com comes with over two hundred free and premium themes, which you can see in the showcase here:

  http://theme.wordpress.com/

  Third-party themes can’t be uploaded on WordPress.com, but you can customize themes here through the Custom Design upgrade.

  I need help in using the neighbourhood theme. I have bought the domain name wolfandwhistle.co.uk, but i can not set it up as a website. how do i do this? and how do i place the neighbourhood theme?

  wolfandwhisltle – please start a new thread for your issue, thanks. Keep in mind that we don’t have a theme called Neighbourhood here on WordPress.com, so if you downloaded it from somewhere else you won’t be able to use it here – you’ll need a self-hosted WordPress site.
