  Hi!

  At WordPress.com it is not possible to upload any theme templates, nor can you install any plugins.

  If you still want to do that, you would need to use the self-hosted WordPress.org solution. I’ve added a couple of links that cover all the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org:
