need to upload shop plugin

i downloaded a shop plugin – i don’t have the ability to upload…what’s up with that? i’m paying for this one so that i can sell art on it…please contact me stat. i’m setting this up for a friend and if we need to get a refund we should push for that asap so i can register them w/shopify instead.

So I either need to shift back to org or cancel entirely? I need to have a shop for him, it’s why he’s switching from blogspot.
How do I go about doing this and getting a refund? Do you guys have recommended servers…never done that…

In your specific situation, I would advise not getting a refund. You can just set your nameservers for hughbsullivan.com to point to your new host for your WordPRess.org site. A refund would require cancellation of your domain and that runs a significant risk of not being able to re-register it again.
