Need To Use Plugins, But I'm On WordPress.com. What to do?

So upon trying to download some plugins I discover that it’s missing from the menu.
I researched and found I have to be admin, which I am, but still no plugin option.
I researched more and discovered that plugins are called widgets on wordpress.com.
Looking through the widgets, I don’t even see a way to search for what I need. Like SiteOrigin Page Builder, and the hide title one, and many others.
So what do I download and where is the support page for it, please? What I am able to do right now as far as customizability just isn’t cutting it…
