need to verify VISA payment of renewal notice

  2/13 I got an email notice to renew my website; previous VISA # obsolete.
  Today added new VISA # to account. How do I know if the renewal is paid with new VISA?

  Hello,

  There are no purchases on the WordPress.com account you are logged in to (capecodalchemists). Did you purchase the upgrades using a different account?

  What is the URL of the site you have purchased the upgrades for?

  Once I know more I’ll be happy to take a look for you.

  The website that currently needs to renew is :
  https://newalchemists.net

  It was made by someone else a year or so ago and has an upgrade related to special colors in some places. That person paid initially to set up the site. I want to switch its annual renew payment to me and my VISA.

  Hi Earle,

  an upgrade related to special colors in some places

  The upgrade you mention is Custom Design, part of the Premium plan.

  I had a look at the account for that site and in order for you to manage the payments,
  ownership of these purchases would need to be transferred to you.

  The steps for this would be:

  1. You would need to be added as an Administrator on newalchemists.net
  2. The original owner (elisehugus) needs to reply here to confirm they would like to transfer the upgrades to your ownership
  3. elisehugus would need to transfer the domain to your ownership from their account (this is something we cannot do on their behalf)
  4. Once the domain ownership been transferred to you, I can transfer the other upgrades
