need to widen left column

  I am new to blogging via WordPress – I have chosen a theme that looks like I am unable to choose the left column width – I dont want to chose another theme because this is very close to my personal website. If you look at this blog the calendar on the left is cut off – anyway to fix this?

  That seems like an issue with the CSS that staff should probably adjust. It could be adjusted with the paid CSS upgrade, but you shouldn’t have to pay to fix it.

  Leave it as it is and contact staff at http://support.wordpress.com/contact/ and ask them to take a look at it.
