Need Top Level Menu Item(s) just activating submenus and not being clickable

  I am using Oxygen,
  I have a bunch of top Level Menu Items in the Primary Menu.
  Some of them have submenus.
  However, I do not want the top level menus to be clickable. That is, when the top level menu items are clicked or the mouse pointer is hovered on them, I just want the submenus to be shown like usual but that again the top level menu cannot be clicked..

  Thank you! That article explained how to do it! The trick was to remove an initially entered fake url for a custom link representing the top level menu item, once added to the menu!
