  I canceled my subscription by wordpress and I would like to register my domain name by OVH, how can I make my domain name available again after my cancellation?

  Hi there!

  It’s never a good idea to cancel a domain you wish to keep using. There’s the option to transfer it instead.

  Since the domain was registered and canceled the same day, it should be made available in 5 days after the cancelation. We do not have control over this process so there’s no way for us to speed it up.

  An alternative would be restoring the domain to your account (we would send you an email where you’d be able to pay the registration fee) and you would be able to map the domain to another site and transfer it after 60 days (that’s the ICANN requirement for all new domains).
