Need update regarding refund

    Hi. I need an update regarding my refund request for a Premium upgrade that I recently requested a refund for. I requested it yesterday and still not yet reflected on my bank account today, it’s been more than 24 hours.
    Any update would be helpful. Thanks!

    It can take up to ten business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, and sometimes it can take even longer in the case of non-US banks. This is due to the processing times at the bank itself, so unfortunately not something we have any control over.

    I can confirm that we’ve issued your refund on our end. If it’s not reflecting in your bank account after 10 business days, please contact your bank directly to follow up. If they ask for a ARN number at that point, let us know and we can email that to you.

    Hi. It seems like my bank also says the refund has not been detected from their end. I’m getting worried that the transaction didn’t went through. Would you help me confirm that it did from WordPress’s end? As of now, it’s been 11 business days since my refund request. Please assist. Thanks.
