When you allow your domain expire, it then goes through a process that can take several months to complete described at https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/.
I’ve tagged this thread in the sidebar with modlook for Staff attention.
If you’re logged into the account that is associated with your expired domain, they will look up its status and get in touch with details.
If you are not logged in under the correct username account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies prior to logging into the associated account, and provide the domain URL here.

Everyone who allows a domain to expire is always desperate to have it recovered. Staff deal with all support threads tagged for their attention in date stamp order serving the earliest dated threads first and moving forward to the most recent dated ones, as would be expected. You have to be patient while waiting, knowing that how complex any support issue in any thread is and how long it will take to be sorted, varies from thread to thread.

I transferred my domain last year to wix. There was someone I spoke with last year via phone re: billing. I need to get my website back up. What is the phone number for billing? I just need to know what to do!

I have a message to renew, but then when I go to domains, it says in never expires. How can I reach someone with the correct server information and understand how to renew?

You alone control your emotions and choosing to be emotional is not a sensible thing to do nor does it in any way assist with your situation. Please provide the domain URL here so Staff know what it is and they will not waste their time and yours by asking for it.

Hey there,
I checked with our registrar and brigitpdx.com is now in a redemption period. You can still renew your domain through us, but it is now a more expensive and complicated process to do so. Our registrar charges an $80 late renewal fee in addition to the $26 we charge to renew the domain. The good news is that this is still a chance of reclaiming the domain through this option.
Your other option is to wait until the redemption period is over so that the domain becomes available for registration again. Domains are usually in redemption for approximately 80 days, but with this option, you run
the risk of someone else jumping in front of you to purchase the domain before you get the chance.Please let me know if you want to proceed with paying the late renewal fee in the attempt to reclaim the domain name. This option is also time sensitive because the domain can be auctioned off to an expired domain bidder.
I would suggest enabling the auto-renew option so that you will not have to worry about losing control over your domain in the future.

I’ll be happy to contact the registrar to see if we can restore brigitpdx.com to your account, but I cannot guarantee that we will be able to get the domain back. If I am successful, I can send you a manual payment request form for you to repurchase the domain.
I will let you know once I hear back from the registrar, which usually takes no longer than 24 horus.

I have already spoken with GoDaddy / Wildweat domains and they’re said it is still with WP and said to email support@wordpress.com. Hopefully this is a smooth process since it is with WP still.
