Need urgent help, please.

  I have written WP.com several times for help (after I said I only wanted to renew my domain name and not the complete $99 upgrade, which I don’t need, they have not contacted me) I still have not received any help on how to renew my domain. I only want my domain name. I purchased it through wordpress.com, it has only been expired for 2 days, wordpress gives a 2week grace period. I only want the domain name, not the storage, not the hosting, or video. My site is still up, only the domain is registered with wild west, which only happened a few minutes after I told wordpress.com that I only wanted to keep and renew my domain name. I keep writing to get help to see HOW to renew it, with no avail. Please, assist. I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

  You can renew it via the My Upgrades page at https://brainwashingbeauty.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades

  There is a separate “Renew Now” button now for your domain name.
