Need urgent help to change DNS

  I sent a message yesterday but I haven’t heard from WP yet. I guess because it was a Sunday.

  I tried to change DNS of the domain carlamccarthy.com from wordpress.com to hostgator.

  However, despite all my efforts I kept receiving an error message suggesting me to contact Support.

  I need that to be taken care ASAP, so please let me know if this is the right place to report the problem.

  If not, where else. I have a business and my site is down since yesterday because of this situation.

  Your prompt response will be mostly appreciated!

  I would be more than happy to help you with changing your nameservers, but in order to do that I’ll need to know what nameservers HostGator provided you.

  Also, just to officially confirm, this request is for the domain carlamccarthy.com, yes?

  Just let me know both of those and I’ll get right on it!
