Need urgent help to remove a page
-
Hi, I was instructed to remove this page https://kpe12.files.wordpress.com/2020/05/ssat_officialmiddletest1.pdf from my WordPress site. I have removed the PDF and the file is no longer on the site. I understand it can take some time for the link to actually stop working.
However, just to let the other party understand that I have indeed removed the file in question, is there a way to speed up the process of having the link not accessible in the event that the other party thinks I did not do as they have instructed?
Thank you.

Please help. The 3rd party says they have cleared their cache and can still access the link.

I have visited that link and for me it results in a 404 error, which verifies that it has been deleted from our servers. If you continue to see it on your end, your browser may be storing that view in your local cache.
Usually when an issue like this occurs, it can be traced to an cached view stored on your local web browser. It looks like you are using Google Chrome as your browser, so with this in mind I would like you to try the following
-
clear your cache and cookies based on the steps google recommends here: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050
-
If you continue to have loading issues after completing those steps, I would like you to try another browser instead, like Firefox. Are you able to see the resource if you use a browser other than Chrome?
Thanks for the additional info!
